Generally, we pack our goods in neutral brown cartons. If you have a legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after obtaining authorization.
What are your payment terms?
T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We will provide photos of the products and packages before the final balance is paid.
What are your delivery terms?
We offer multiple delivery terms including FOB, CFR, CIF, and DDU.
How long is the delivery time?
Generally, it takes 7 to 25 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific timeframe depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
What is your sample policy?
We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers are responsible for the sample cost and courier fees.
Do you test all goods before delivery?
Yes, we conduct 100% testing on all products before they are dispatched to ensure quality.
